Return Policy
At The Tidy Nerd, we want your stuff (and your sanity) to stay organized—no questions asked. Here’s how returns work:
• Time Frame: You have 30 days from delivery to start a return
What We Accept:
• Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, we’ll replace it or refund you fully—no restocking fee.
• Buyer’s Remorse: Not loving the vibe? We’ll swap for store credit or another item of equal value. (Keeps things tidy on our end.)
• How to Return:
1. Email us at Tidy_Nerd@outlook.com with your order number, a quick photo of the issue, and what you’d like (refund, replacement, or credit).
2. We’ll approve it ASAP and send a prepaid label if it’s defective (you pay return shipping otherwise—sorry, postage adds up!).
3. Ship it back to the address we provide.
4. Once we (or our supplier) confirm it’s back, refund hits your original payment method in 5-7 business days. Store credit? Instant.
• What We Don’t Accept: Used items, lost packages (file a claim with the carrier first), or “I changed my mind after building a fort with it” (but we get it—hit us up for tips on fort building ideas).
